While Lily Allen is aware of the fact that her album “Sheezus” is on the top of the charts in the UK, she also knows that it is not so highly regarded in the USA.
She thanked a US audience watching her perform by saying that the one and a half dozen odd people who had heard her album were a great bunch.
"Thank you to all those 17 people that downloaded my album," Allen cracked to the crowd at New York's Highline Ballroom on Thursday night (May 15).

Of course, the real number was close to 17,000 but it appears to be the case that Lily didn’t know about this. This was her debut show in the Land of the Yankees.
She even used the “F” word a number of times to refer to male chauvinist pigs who she hated during the show. And Allen truly believes in the worth and value of her latest album with the changed name.
Allen is an artist’s artist. There were dance hits on the album as well as the classic “Close your Eyes”. The major factor in the mix was Lily’s characterization of a bold belle.
The very shocking queen Lily even revealed a sordid fact recently. She said that she turned down a role in the movie Game of Thrones in which she was to star opposite her real life brother. And it was a seductive sex scene.
The incest-laden feel to such an act was something which raised voices of condemnation from the moral majority. While blabbing all this, Lily also said that she felt quite queasy about the whole thing.
According to US Weekly, Lily Allen wrote, "I felt uncomfortable, because I would have had to go on a horse and he would have touched me up and sh--. Once they told me what was entailed, I said no thanks."
She said that once she knew the consequences of the whole deal she changed her mind for obvious reasons. The said seduction scene had a lot of touchy feely vibes to it. And both actor and actress sat on a horse and felt each other inside and outside the clothing.
