New Zealand's new singer-songwriter sensation Lorde has won two Billboard awards on Sunday in Las Vegas. The 17-year old performer won Top New Artist and Top Rock Song at the Billboard Awards 2014. Her live performance of Tennis Courts has touched and impressed the audience.

Lorde is the clear winner of the Billboard Awards 2014. Lorde was the top search term on Google last night with 1,000,000 queries. The next most searched artist is Robin Thicke with only 100,000 queries.

Lorde won Top Rock Song for her breakout hit Royals. The young singer performed for the first time ever on TV, the single Tennis Courts. The clip already made it onto Youtube. Watch below.
