Fact: Hollywood's hottest diet is currently the 22-day vegan challenge. And the latest celebrity to try it? Jennifer Lopez.
On Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Wednesday morning The American Idol judge revealed she'd tried the month-long plan. "I did the vegan 22-day plan and it was really good and I kept on with it for a few more weeks, and now I've incorporated a little bit of fish here and there," she shared. "But I've got to tell you I enjoy it. I enjoy eating that way. I never did. And I didn't know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body."
You may recall back in December, Beyoncé and Jay Z also eliminated meat and animal products from their diets. The "Drunk in Love" singer shared several photos of their meals on her Instagram account and the couple also hit up quite a few vegan hot spots in Los Angeles including Crossroads and Real Food Daily.
Of course, there are plenty of full-time vegans in Hollywood already. Brad Pitt, Lea Michele, Natalie Portman and Olivia Wilde made the switch years ago reports E News. But who do you think will step up to the animal-free dinner plate next?
In Hollywood there is no telling who will try this latest diet fad. One thing is for sure to keep those bodies in tip top shape for their fans they really have no choice but to eat healthy. I mean who can be size zero and eat beef or even chicken? Honestly though I think most of the celebrities who go vegan do so for animal rights more than a 22-day fad diet.

The Sexiest Halloween Costumes of 2014
Halloween is approaching fast. Usually we feature first our annual Top Costumes for Geeks guide, but we stumbled over a new costume that inspired us to do a sexiest Halloween Costumes Guide first.
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
