LG previews the G3 experience with its new QuickCircle cases
The G3 is coming. And LG already sent invitations to a press event on May 27. With just a few days left, LG siezes the opportunity by giving us a glimpse of what it feels to actually use the phone.
LG is doing it by announcing the G3's one-of-a-kind case: the QuickCircle case.
Announced today, the folder-style case will allow the lucky G3 user to use the phone without having to open the cover.
Although the concept isn't new, LG's case features a circular window that, according to LG, features a white glowing light called "Smart Lighting" to accentuate the beauty of its design.
A video also reveals the case in action. Users can basically take calls, send texts, listen to music, and check other nifty details without opening the case.
Another main selling point of the case is its wireless charging capabilities. Yes, it's Qi-compatible. LG say that it will release the SDK next month so that developers can work on the G3-QuickCircle case combo.
Color flavors include Metallic Black, Silk White, Shine Gold, Aqua Mint, and Indian Pink.
