The phone is going to sport a stitched faux leather back cover

Samsung has made an announcement for their new clamshell phone which has been designed for the Korean market. The Samsung Master is going to sport a stitched faux leather back cover which was made popular with the first appearance on the Note 3.

The phone is going to feature 3-inch QVGA TFT LCD screen and a T9 keyboard along with a D pad for navigation. Considering the phone is not meant to target the upper end of the market, the camera setup is also not so impressive after all. The phone packs a 3 MP camera. However a new interesting feature has been added to the phone which is the new safety feature that sends notifications to specified numbers if they do not receive a call for a period of time.

Some common and more general features of the phone include a loud mode to set loud ringtone at about 70 decibels (dB), Pedometer and FM radio along with a 3.5mm audio jack and uses micro USB for charging – a feature which we most commonly associate with a smartphone. The color options for the phone include Metallic silver, Montblanc Black and Red Wine.
