The 29 year old actress wants to embrace getting older with her pregnancy
Being pregnant not only brings about bodily changes but it also completely modifies a person. So much so that all the person can ever think about is how life is going to be with this new little wonder. Pregnancy has been no different for Scarlett Johansson who clearly states that she no longer wants to be known with her reputation of being an object of desire. The The 29-year-old star is expecting her first child with French journalist fiancé, Romain Dauriac.

With pregnancy comes a lot of responsibility and the biggest among them all is the motherhood and Scarlett Johansson wants to get rid of her past and begin a new life where she will embrace the aging process. She even says she doesn’t have to worry so much now about her appearance as she is getting older.
''I don't want to be the ingénue any more. That part I'm happy about. It's nice to be glamorous, but I don't want to always have to be trendy and glamorous and an object of desire. I don't want to be stuck in that forever. Because it doesn't last.''
Scarlett also might feel unfairly treated because according to her, the men in Hollywood have never been subject to such criticism; a million women can drool over a man and nobody will ever give it a second thought. She said: ''With [male actors] it just doesn't happen the same way. You can be every woman's fantasy and nobody thinks twice about the fact that you have eight kids or whatever.''
