Holly Bobo suspect heads to court over immunity dispute
A recent immunity dispute in the Holly Bobo case has lead to the scheduling of another court hearing in which the suspect is going to be summoned. The hearing is scheduled for today and it revolves around an immunity agreement in the case of a Holly Bobo, who was a Tennessee nursing student who disappeared three years ago.
From what can be known from the court documents, an agreement made on the 6th of March granted immunity to Shayne Austin. Apparently this immunity was from a couple of charges including "all charges arising out of the disposal, destruction, burial, and/or concealment of Holly Bobo's deceased body."
This agreement of the immunities was later revoked by the prosecutors who stated that Austin was not being so truthful to them. The Jackson Sun obtained the court documents in which it was clearly revealed that there are possibilities that Austin could be charged. Following this, Austin’s lawyer has filed a breach of contract lawsuit.
