Camille Grammer’s ex-boyfriend is roaming about without facing any of the consequences of his actions and she is not the least satisfied with this. In her own words, she was both shocked and quite disappointed.
A three year restraining order has been the final settlement. Dimitri is to go nowhere near her for the next thousand or more days. Although the grand jury didn’t exactly punish Dimitri, it did acknowledge the charges against him as having some logic to them.
However, due to insubstantial evidence, the jail sentence was cancelled and instead a restraint order was implemented. "I was just shocked. I'm very disappointed," the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told E! News in response to a grand jury's refusal to indict Dimitri Charalambopoulos on felony assault charges.
Camille Grammer has other issues which she is facing. The lady has endometrial cancer. She just recently ended a series of chemotherapeutic sessions along with radiation doses to end her malady. She is positive that she will overcome this deadly disease.
Currently she is in remission so her hopes are not exactly unfounded. She has two wonderful kids from former husband Kelsey Grammer.
"That said," Grammer continued, "I'm just so happy I'm in remission. I got a really good report from my doctor and that's the most important thing. We'll see what happens next. I am disappointed, but I'm going to put it in the past and move on."
She wrote on her twitter account recently that she is happy that she has overcome so much adversity. She will make it alive out of all the ordeals.
I have survived a horrible divorce, custody battle, stage 2 endometrial cancer, chemo & radiation. I am stronger than I think. #empowerment— Camille Grammer (@TheRealCamilleG) March 25, 2014
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has also undergone a hysterectomy for the sake of ridding her physiology of cancer. And the surgery was successful. She is fast recovering from the illness not to mention the trauma she received at the hands of her aggressive ex-boyfriend Dimitri.
Camille Grammer is lucky she has emerged unscathed from the two ordeals. Finally, she can get on with her life and take things normally as they come.
Thanks for all of the support and love from my friends here on twitter. Brings tears to my eyes. Much appreciated!— Camille Grammer (@TheRealCamilleG) May 30, 2014
