The massive Galaxy Mega 7.0 (or Mega 2) by Samsung has been approved by USA's FCC. With a screen as large as 7 inches, the phone appears to be more of a tablet and can rightly be called a phablet. It sports a 7 inch display and is extremely thin (something that made us certain that this couldn’t be a tablet) along with all-round connectivity that includes full telephony support. This is quite similar to Mega 6.3 which is its predecessor; the only huge difference is the gigantic screen.
We are thankful to have the picture of the device at least because so far no solid specs have been landed on the phone apart from the information on the huge screen size. The pictures flew in from a case maker and we can see how large the screen is; it only makes us want to call it a tablet. But we must not forget that the device is extremely thin so there is no problem in using it as a phone.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
