The Futuristic Misfit Shine Wristband

One would realize that it is difficult to stay focused and complete those exhausting kilometers. Thanks to this high-tech wristband. Aside from its many functions, you can also wear it in many different ways. What’s inside its package?

  • A sport band, rubber wristband, and the clasp
  • A small clip that you will use to wear the Shine on your belt or in your pocket
  • Three pairs of Misfit socks
  • A misfit necklace and a leather armband
  • A long life battery that can stand up to three months

How does it Work?

To be able to use all the features of the Misfit Shine, you have to tap it. There are 12 lights that will show up your stats. To know the time, double tap it and to use the sleep mode, make a triple tap. You can sync the Misfit with your smartphone by downloading the app. It is available in iOS and Android version. You would see daily steps and sleep shown with intensity bars. It also measures your sleep and is able to track various kinds of movements. 

One of its features is tagging your activity by tapping it thrice where you can see the exact times you run or walk. The device can also be connected to your phone via Bluetooth. However, a WiFi connection or a mobile data is needed to sync it with your phone. 

The Benefits of Misfit

The app offers the possibility of checking one’s activity on previous days by just swiping their finger to the right. They can also choose a certain date from the menu. The sleep and activity goal can also be chosen separately and one can set their goals according to their capacity. 

Misfit Shine is also one of the trendy and stylish looking wearable tech. It really looks great and catches attention because of its unusual appearance.

Needs Improvement 

Like any other new wearable tech, the Misfit Shine has to improve some of its features. There should be detailed information for sleep activity such as the exact time of deep sleep to further monitor one’s sleep cycle. As for its sport band, it should be more fitted tightly. A rechargeable battery is also recommended than using a long-life battery.  

Overall, people who had the privilege to test the Misfit Shine wristband were pretty impressed by its features. It is comfortable to wear everyday and provides them vital information concerning their health. 

Companies are going crazy over producing wearable tech nowadays. Almost everyone is aiming to take the lead in the race of creating the ultimate wearable gadget. We are sure that this tech craze is not going to slow down anytime soon. As consumers, we just need to be extra careful and keen to know what wearable tech is really in or out.
