As the LG G Watch stands only a month away from its launch, more details have started to pour in on the device. The latest news leaked from @upleaks states that the G Watch is going to sport a battery even better than the Gear 2. It fits inside a 400 mAh lithium polymer battery while in comparison; the Gear 2 has a 300 mAh battery. This stronger battery is what that gives the G watch a standby time of 36 hours. You might be wondering it will take an equally long time to charge the device fully but you are wrong because a complete recharge takes merely 2 hours.
The G Watch features a 1.65 inches display which comes with a resolution of 280 x 280 having a pixel density of 240 ppi. It is going to feature an internal storage of 4 GB and a 512 MB RAM. The device is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 400. Though its measurements of 37.9 x 46.5 x 9.95 mm tell us that this is not going to be the sleekest of all the smartwatches but at 61g it does weigh lighter than the Gear 2.
LG has launched its Android Wear-powered G Watch around the world. The smartwatch can be ordered from Google Play and purchased at retailers in the United States, Canada, France, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, Japan and South Korea.
