The S5 mini has been placed against the S5 for comparison of size

Thanks to SamMobile, we got our first glimpse at the Galaxy S5 Mini two weeks ago, though we had previously received a couple of leaks on specs and other hardware details an anonymous tipster. The same tipster has shown us some screenshots of Antutu benchmark and CPU-Z which confirm all the specs which had been revealed earlier to us.

There are a couple of pictures depicting the S5 mini and the phone has been placed against the S5 for comparison of size. According to the Antutu benchmark and CPU-Z, the Galaxy S5 mini is going to be powered by the Samsung Exynos 3 Quad (Exynos 3470) SoC with a clock speed of 1.4GHz, Quad-core Mali-400 MP4 GPU clocked at 450MHz. It will have 1.5 GB in RAM and 16GB of expandable storage.

The camera setup is going to be made up of an 8 megapixel main camera shooter and 2.1 megapixel front facing camera. Both the cameras will have the ability to shoot Full HD 1080p video. The mini sports a 4.5-inch 720p Super AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, fingerprint scanner, heart rate sensor and the usual wide range of connectivity options: LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, IR Blaster, NFC, GPS with A-GPS support and GLONASS, MicroUSB port and more.
