"Project LiveWire is more like the first electric guitar – not an electric car," said Mark-Hans Richer, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Harley-Davidson Motor Company. "It's an expression of individuality and iconic style that just happens to be electric. Project LiveWire is a bold statement for us as a company and a brand."
Scarlett Johansson's bike ride in Avengers: Age of Ultron will be the first screen showcasing of the famous motorcycle company’s electric prototype. Johansson’s stunt double will play her role in the film as well.
Among the list of actors and actresses making appearances in the movie will be: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Elizabeth Olsen, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner.
Scarlett Johansson is Natasha Romanoff alias Black Widow and she goes around in the sequel on an electric Harley. The Harley-Davidson company meanwhile is glad to display their electric model in this film for all the audience to gaze at and possibly purchase one day in the not too far off future.
"America at its best has always been about reinvention," said Matt Levatich, President and Chief Operating Officer, Harley-Davidson Motor Company. "And, like America, Harley-Davidson has reinvented itself many times in our history, with customers leading us every step of the way. Project LiveWire is another exciting, customer-led moment in our history."
Scarlett Johansson began with her role of Black Widow about half a decade ago in Iron Man 2. And then she appeared in the Avengers film two years ago.
Finally, in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, she did her stint for a third time. The story this time around is one of several twists and turns in plot and narrative.
The superpowers and miraculous feats of fame and glory performed by the Avengers will be a cause célèbre in theaters when the film is released.
And it goes without saying that the electric Harley-Davidson’s popularity will soar like crazy thanks to a sexy Marilyn Monroe-like figure in charge of the stunt moves.
That of course would be Scarlett Johansson who has appeared in such cult classics as Girl with a Pearl Earring and Lost in Translation. But this is not where the story ends.
The first Harley-Davidson electric motorcycle "builds on many recent reinvention successes for Harley-Davidson," said Levatich. "In just the last few years, we've broadened our reach to serve an increasingly diverse society, as well as reinvented our approach to product development and manufacturing. This has resulted in cutting-edge products like the recently launched Project Rushmore touring bikes, Harley-Davidson Street 500 and 750 models and this reveal of Project LiveWire."
Scarlett will be acting out the role of a woman who uses all her brain’s abilities in Lucy, the next film which will employ her talents. Scarlett is a platinum blonde that oozes sensuality and an almost feral femininity. She has class and style and is an A-list Hollywood actress that knows her acting chops inside out.
