With so many projects on the horizon, Apple might put this one on the back burner for now

Apple products come from a house of diversified product portfolio and all products coming out of Apple have some things in common such as their sleek designs, their unmatchable functionality and of course the bitten out Apple logo. Now Apple is planning to its own Smart Home hardware which is going to work in collaboration with all the Apple products. Though we cant say much about the materializing of this idea, we know that it is going to develop into something because Apple is giving a lot of resources to this. Sources have claimed that these unspecified home products are "beyond the exploratory phase” but they haven’t reached that point yet where they would become a priority. At this moment we cant really be sure of how this is going to work out; it might even turn out that Apple decides to put this on the back burner to focus on other more important projects.

We are aware of Google’s acquisition of the Nest smart thermostat technology and following this Apple’s own plans are quite surprising nonetheless. Though no information has been disclosed on these products, it is being said that these will be just "mainstream," consumer products. we can understand why the home products project might be kept on the side because at the moment Apple has too much to concentrate on including two new iPhones, iPad and Mac refreshes, the elusive iWatch, a 4th-gen Apple TV and the small matter of iOS 8 / OS X 10.10 Yosemite.
