Doesn’t matter whether we are die hard Apple fans or not, we can all agree on one thing and that is that Apple has some of the best advertisements. As far as the mobile industry is concerned, some of the best ads have been brought to us by Apple. What makes them stand out from the rest is their ability to be to the point and yet very emotional. It wont be wrong if we say that Apple videos are the Pixar movies of the ad world.
So the reason why we talked so much about the Apple’s work in ads was the latest iPhone 5s ad which brings focus to the parenthood. The ad basically shows how people use their phone (or the iPhone 5s, in this case) for help while dealing with their kids which has become an important aspect of our everyday lives. It does not only show the phone itself but focuses more on the multiple apps as well.
The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
