The role of Zack Snyder is a very crucial one in the Batman vs. Superman genre. He is virtually a master of the art of movie comic book character creation.
Zack Snyder knows that the age-old proverb “Choice is evil” may just be right. That is because he is not one to pick sides between the mysterious and dark character of Batman and the bright and daring superhero, Superman.
He has instead opted to keep the two together in a single movie which he is currently creating on an urgent basis. Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice will air in theatres two years from now.
Henry Cavill will be playing the role of Superman while Ben Affleck will get the role of Batman. And that is just the beginning. Cavill is working with Snyder for the seocnd time. He has already worked with Snyder in Man of Steel and 'definitely more comfortable' in the Superman role this time.
"We've both created this guy and we can push him around a little bit," he says. "The more time I spend with Henry, the more he's Superman to me." The first look of Henry Cavill as Superman has been revealed for the Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Wonder Woman and Cyborg will be joining the cast of characters. The actress and actor playing their parts here respectively are none other than Gal Gadot and Ray Fisher. It is basically a move by Zack to populate the world of superheroes till they transcend other enterprises (such as The Avengers).
Justice League is just one example of what Snyder has come up with on a super-creative basis. Currently, Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice is being shot in Detroit.
Snyder admits this much that it is a stressful although fun process. While the earlier Man of Steel movie showed some pretty predictable scenes, this time around it will be a whole new ball game.
Superman will be with Lois Lane and will venture into foreign territory such as Batman’s home turf (Gotham City). Snyder told reporters that the movie just sort of naturally unfolded and one of the characters that got worked into the intricate details was Batman.
The super fit Gal Gadot was working out and getting shredded too. Her physique as Wonder Woman spoke for itself. And with so many of Marvel Comics’ superheroes and super-heroines coming together and converging on a single platform, Snyder, their creator, has done the audience a huge favor indeed. Now, entertainment just won’t ever be the same again.
