Spurs got its best forward back in team. Boris Diaw has finally signed a three-year contract with the Spurs. The San Antonio Spurs, who are the defending NBA champions, have done a deal of $22.5 million with Diaw

Later on, Boris Diaw confirmed his return to the Spurs via his twitter account and Instagram. See his announcements on both of the social media accounts below.

The San Antonio Spurs are going to compete for their sixth franchise title next season. And the return of 32-year-old Diaw "was considered a vital part of the management's plan" to win the next title.

Diaw will get a guaranteed amount of $15.5 million during the first two years. However, the remaining part of the third year payment is partially guaranteed in the deal, the sources told Yahoo! Sports.

This $22.5 million deal also included "protections for the Spurs' salary-cap space should the organization change direction in the next few years and move toward a rebuild after the Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili era."

Boris Diaw's point average is 9.1 for all 11 of his NBA seasons with Atlanta, Phoenix, Charlotte and San Antonio. Meanwhile, he has 4.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists in all of the 11 seasons.

However, Boris Diaw has played his best NBA Finals for the Spurs. His record of NBA Finals for the Spurs is superb. He has an average of 6.2 points, 8.6 rebounds and 5.8 assists in the 5-games series against the Miami Heat. The Spurs won in fact the series due to Boris.
