Keke Palmer, after her interview with Chris Brown’s girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, sure riled up some major admirers of Rihanna.
Although the consequences of a frank interview with Karrueche Tran, regarding her three way bizarre love triangle with Chris Brown and Rihanna, were not good, Keke Palmer has absolutely no regrets.
It was her choice and she is mighty proud of it. And there are no buts or ifs about it! Many of super pop star Rihanna’s fans and well-wishers went crazy in “hate-a-thon” mode upon the airing of the interview.
During the interview for her BET's show "Just Keke," which took place awhile back, Karrueche got all emotional and started weeping about what she had been through. Palmer too is a nodding acquaintance with Chris Brown.
She wanted the world to know the inside scoop on what really happened. And who better to tell it like it is than the aggrieved party. That would of course be Karrueche Tran.

Keke spoke of how while Rihanna tells all via social media, Chris Brown lets the cat out of the bag in an open and straightforward manner too. That left Karrueche who had kept quiet during the whole ordeal. So getting her opinion on the matter was a must.
"I want to give my generation everything they're asking for," Keke Palmer told HuffPost Live's Nancy Redd in an interview on Wednesday, July 16. "I feel like this was a specific thing that a lot of people were curious about. They were curious to hear what Karrueche had to say."
Chris Brown has been notorious for physically abusing Rihanna at one point and his infidelity with both Rihanna and Karrueche remain a fact there is no disputing.
"You kinda know how Rihanna feels 'cause she kinda tweets here and there," Palmer continued. "You kinda know how Chris Brown feels, 'cause he'll just tell you -- he'll put a video to it! -- but Karrueche has never spoken out, and so I was really glad she trusted us at 'Just Keke' to kinda give us the word on how she feels."
But many of Rihanna’s fans displayed outrage at the interview since they think that Keke is a huge supporter of Rihanna. But Keke is adamant that she just wants to give the rest of the people a fair and frank view of the whole situation that unfurled between the three.
"[There was] lots of drama about me having her on," Palmer recalled. "Because people know I'm a huge Rihanna fan and so their initial thing is, 'Why would you have Karrueche on if you're a huge Rihanna fan?' And the thing is, it's not about me ... it's about me keeping a promise to you guys, which is to always give you the real ... this was news to my generation and I wanted to make sure I gave it to them."
Although many of Rihanna’s fans are angry at Chris Brown, and by proxy his girlfriend Karrueche, what they cannot understand is why Keke would do an about-face on the matter. And Keke also posted her response on Instagram. See the Instagram below.
However, Keke says that the next person she wants on her show is precisely the one whose fans think Keke is dead against -Rihanna. She respects Rihanna and carries no ill will or grudges against her in her heart.
"Rihanna's not a petty person like that," she explained. "This [love triangle] has nothing to do with me, so I can't imagine she would feel a way about [the interview] -- that's just not her character."
Meanwhile, Keke also turned down a role she was being offered in a lifetime biopic of Whitney Houston. She listed the lack of family connections as the reason for her refusal to star in the life story of the talented yet tragic Black American diva.
