Katie Cleary has apparently not been included in her late husband, Andrew Stern’s will. She got nil amount of money from him.
Call it bad karma or ordinary comeuppance if you will but Katie Cleary is currently down on her luck. Her late husband, Andrew Stern hasn’t left her a single cent in his will, all of which is to go to his parents.

And it amounts to a whopping $408,000. All of it is supposed to benefit his elders alone. TMZ first reported according to a "copy of Andrew Stern''s will and the document is clear -- Andrew's parents are the sole beneficiaries of his $408,000 life savings."
The man, who did not have an iota of peace in his life due to his depressive illness, fatally shot himself a month back. His friends swore that part of the reason behind his constantly tormented state was his wife’s extramarital affairs.
Katie Cleary was always busy having fun with other celebrities such as Leonardo DiCaprio with whom she was often seen jet setting around the world.
If you hear her side of the story, he had separated from her and so it was alright by her standards. Andrew’s will was ratified by him about 7 years ago and 3 years prior to his wedding with Katie.
Katie insists that her husband had made a new will after his marriage to her. But no such will has been found. However, she is adamant that it must be hidden somewhere and is bending over backwards to find it.
Andrew had begun the procedure of divorce from Katie two weeks prior to his tragic suicide. It looks like he never intended her to inherit his wealth.
The pics of her getting up close and personal with Leo at a party in Cannes are especially cited by Andrew’s friends as the reason why he became so upset in the end and shot himself in the head.
But Katie and her parents swear that it was just normal conversation she and Leo were having although in a constricted setting. In fact, Katie’s dad claims that she and he are devastated by the meaningless death of Andrew Stern.
It is something that should not happen to anybody. All in all, Katie and her unhappy husband remained married for four years together.
