The brunette is focusing on her health and staying in shape

Pregnancy for Vanessa Minnillo is all about being healthy and eliminating even the unhealthy cravings whether they be pickles or ice cream. There is absolutely none of that and the star recently took to her Instagram account when on Wednesday July 30th she managed to take out time to list down her cravings this time and it all about coconuts this time. Vanessa Minnillo is having a craving for all things coconut which is a very healthy thing for a craving.

Nick Lachey's 33 year old wife is already mother to an adorable 2 year old Camden and she recently put up a picture of a coconut with a straw in it which was captioned as "Kick starting my day off RIGHT, fresh from the source! And she added "Coconut oil and coconut water are a superfood for pregnancy. So drink up Mamas!"

The good thing is that Vanessa Minnillo is being quite open about her healthy cravings and staying healthy has been her priority ever since she became pregnant. Along with some healthy food options, she is also focusing on staying in shape. She is expected to have a baby girl on July 15th. Only a week before she posted a picture of herself at the gym which was captioned "the boss"! @selfdiscipline keepin me and baby girl happy & healthy!"
