Gwyneth Paltrow truly wishes she could somehow put an end to the wrinkles on her skin. Despite the fact that she is a mature mom, with two kids, 10-year-old Apple and 8-year-old Moses, from husband Chris Martin who has separated from her, she is still very fashion-conscious.
And while the 41-year-old actress may be unhappy with the wrinkles, she does not want to have any major cosmetic surgery to erase them. She recently spoke of how her favorite part of her body was her long and beautiful legs.
But in order to take the skin back to its pre-wrinkle condition a hell of a lot needed to be done to it. Thus she was avoiding this and hence sticking with her skin in the state it was in.
Gwyneth Paltrow said, "I think my best feature is my legs. But if I could change anything I wish I could get wrinkles and sun damage reversed without looking like I'd done anything. So for now, I'll just stick with my wrinkles and sun damage."
Gwyneth confessed that she had previously employed Thermage laser therapy. And while it had gotten rid of the various ugly features, it was a pretty excruciatingly painful method that left you literally screaming.
"It's non-invasive but it's quite painful, like having your face smacked with a rubber band that has an electric shock in it. But it works," she said.
She also said that she exercised regularly and took care of her diet. This was the reason for her blemish-free skin. The sweating had a detoxification effect.
"I think it's a lot about exercise, I really do. I do an hour of cardiovascular activity five days a week and I think that sweating is detoxifying and is really good for skin elasticity," Gwyneth said.
Gwyneth also never went to bed at night without first taking her makeup off. "I always take my make-up off before bed - always," she said. "I always cleanse and exfoliate when I've been wearing make-up."
She passed a comment to Gwyneth on Instagram about spending time with people uglier than you are so you could feel better about yourself. See the Instagram below.
Jessica Seinfeld captioned the above Instagram, "Okay...take it from me...hang out with people who are way uglier than you....it makes you feel so much better about yourself."
While someone else passing such a comment may have gotten a scolding from Gwyneth in return, it was okay in the case of Jessica since she was a great pal of Gwyneth.
Jessica has been posting pics and messages on Instagram of her whole family busily engaged in birthday bashes, selling lemonade and other outdoor activities. Jessica and Jerry Seinfeld have three kids and they often have a really good time together.
