Paige VanZant is about to become unquestionably UFC’s youngest female fighter soon.

Paige VanZant was not allowed to be part of the 20th Season of The Ultimate Fighter. The reason was that she was barely 21 years old and thus could not qualify on the grounds of age.

But now, VanZant, who is from Nevada, will get an opportunity to affect the UFC. She is to fight her first match against Kailin Curran in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

October 4th is the date set for the faceoff. VanZant has broken a record by being the most youthful of the warriors in the ring. She is only 20 years old.

VanZant fought her most recent fight and won it against Courtney Himes. This year she has not been in the ring though. At the Fight Night due on October 4th, Raphael Assuncao will lock horns with Bryan Caraway too.

They’re both dynamite material alright. Besides Paige and Kailin, these two are slated to set the night on fire with their killer moves.

Others who are going to be prepared for a showdown on Fight Night are Rory Macdonald and Tarec Saffiedine. Raphael Assuncao has won six times in a row while the other one opposing him has won a total of two fights.

Meanwhile, Paige VanZant will also be the second youngest fighter overall in the series. Since she has won three of four fights, she has been properly groomed for the big time.

Curran on the other hand is quite a tough challenge for Paige since she has a record 3-0 score on the MMA platform. It will be a fight to remember and all we can say is may the best female win!

When it comes to such tough and virile fighters, all bets are off. Anything could happen and the slightest leverage by either fighter could tip the balance in favor of one or the other.

So the thing to really see on Fight Night is whether Paige’s youth comes to her rescue or Kailin’s experience makes her a winner. The audience will be holding its breath till then.
