The smartwatch will supposedly arrive equipped with its very own SIM slot

Samsung revealed the Galaxy Note 3 ahead of last year’s IFA exhibition in Berlin alongside their Galaxy Gear which found its highest interest among the critics and was going down with the customers as well. But we all understand that this was the company’s first and hence we can let it go for a few mistakes. But Samsung didn’t give up and it simply couldn’t because the smartwatch market was emerging with full force. Now will all the releases of a handful of wearables since the first Galaxy Gear, Samsung stands at a much better position. And we know this line isn’t going to stop any sooner since we are quite familiar with Samsung’s need to elaborate on its product lines. As far as this year’s IFA is concerned, Samsung is rumored to bring the drapes down on its Galaxy Note 4 as well as another smartwatch. However, this isn’t going to be just any other smartwatch. This one comes with a little surprise; a slot for a SIM.

The initial effort which went into the Galaxy Gear didn’t quite pay off well and the smartwatch wasn’t strong enough to challenge competitors such as the Pebble. But this hasn’t de-motivated the Tizen OS creator and it kept making its efforts with the Gear 2, Gear Fit and the Gear Live. And now we are quite excited to see the Gear Solo unwrap alongside the Galaxy Note 4. So we have already figured out the SIM feature which is going to be the differentiating point for the smartwatch since it is not every day we get to directly insert our SIMs inside a smartwatch.
