New report says that Apple has started producing the iPad Air 2 with a new screen feature.

There is a new report on Bloomberg that says that Apple has started mass production of the iPad Air 2. To break this story you do not need sources. It is obvious that Apple has started producing the iPad Air 2. It is mid-August for Christ's sakes. If Apple did not start to produce the new iPad Air it would not be able to leverage the crucial Holiday shopping season.

The only interesting tidbit in the Bloomberg report is that Apple is supposedly adding a new anti-reflection coating. Besides the iPad Air 2, Apple is also expected to release a new iPad mini.

The iPad is the second biggest product category for Apple after the iPhone. The tablet business is though slowing for Apple. The market gets saturated, and the need to upgrade a tablet is lower than getting the newest iPhone. Much more consumers are excited to get their hands on the new iPhone 6 than they are about the iPad Air 2. Apple is expected to satisfy the iPhone fans with two new models. Especially the new larger 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is highly anticipated.

Based on the latest rumors, Apple is expected to unveil the new iPhone 6 on September 9.
