Mesut Ozil and two other soccer players, Lukas Podolski and Per Mertesacker, struck poses in their Arsenal kits. The German players declared their return to the scene.
These three have returned to London and have started playing for the Premier League. And while these three are heroes in Germany for winning the World Cup four times in a row, they are now going to be rooting for Arsenal.
The trio posted a picture of them all on Instagram. The caption went “We are back.” See the Instagram below.
They were welcomed on Twitter by Theo Walcott with the words: “Happy to have our World Cup Winners back at the training ground”.
Arsenal recently defeated Manchester. It is a winning team alright. And with these three players on board things will be hunky dory for the team.
The way Arsenal beat Manchester was dramatic. It is a sign of the times that new forces are at work in the various football teams.
The former is worth a cool 30 million pounds. He is a big gun and knows his kicks and parries. "He may have played only 45 minutes against City, but the plucky Chilean showed glimpses of what Arsenal fans can expect from him this season," reported DailyMail.
"Sanchez can play anywhere across the front line and will cause havoc for defences across the country with his adeptness at switching flanks or playing through the middle."
Meanwhile, Mesut Ozil is the man everyone in Arsenal is depending on. He may tip the balance in favor of his team. An assortment of players has been added to the roster. It is now a whole different ball game.
According to DailyMail, "Mesut Ozil had an indifferent debut season at Arsenal following his £42.5million move from Real Madrid last summer. Like the club, he started the campaign strongly but faded towards the end."
"Fresh from winning the World Cup with Germany, if Ozil can carry that confidence into his second season in north London then he could well become one of the stars of the league."
"No-one doubts that the forward has the ability to become Arsenal's attacking fulcrum and it will make them one of the most dangerous teams in the league if he fulfils that potential."
After a series of tragic upsets, Arsenal is back with a vengeance and its tough players are not looking back. Calum Chambers on the other hand may be only a youthful 19 years old but he is worth a whopping 12 million pounds.
The game of football has seen many great and outstanding players in the past such as Pele and Beckham. But now the competition is beginning to heat up and the results is a race for the finish line.
