Microsoft's games console plays catch-up with Sony's PS4

MICROSOFT has unveiled its greatest redesign yet for the Xbox One, which outfits the amusements reassure with backing for remote versatile buys and 3d Blu-beam playback. Xbox blogger Major Nelson proclaimed the August upgrade in a blog entry on Sunday, guaranteeing that the overhaul will be accessible to all Xbox One frameworks "through the following few days".

Nelson reportedly stated that "Today, we will begin rolling out the next Xbox One system update to fans around the world, which will include improved social features to make sharing your gaming experiences with friends better and easier. These new features are a result of your invaluable feedback, including some of the most requested features seen on Xbox Feedback."

There is no doubt that the 3D Blu-ray support is the most significant of all the additions to the update which came for the PS4 about a month ago. Mobile purchasing is also noteworthy and it allows the users to buy games and add-ons using the Xbox Smartglass application. For instance if the console has been set on the settings which allow for the updates to be downloaded automatically then they will be able to buy a game at work and have it at home when they get back. Major Nelson concluded by saying "Stay tuned for even more new features headed your way in the coming weeks including more social features and a few new updates for watching TV.”
