Kelly Ripa and her hubby, Mark Consuelos, took on the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. She also nominated her three children as the next participators in the awareness raiser.
Kelly Ripa looked buff and very fit the day she took up the ALS ice bucket challenge along with her husband, Mark Consuelos. The two looked to be the epitome of health and physical perfection as they had ice cold water showered over them from behind.

They ran with glee and screamed and shouted out of sheer shock when the challenge was over. Kelly Ripa, who regularly appears on the Live with Kelly and Michael Show, displayed tanned abs recently.
She is a very fitness-conscious person and takes good care of her physique. While many people have finished the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge up until now, few have the gorgeous body of Kelly or the tough as rock frame of Mark Consuelos, her husband with whom she has three children.

Kelly has let out the fact that her personal trainer is responsible for her washboard abs. And of course as everyone knows the abdominal muscles are made in the kitchen. Diet has 95% to do with the fat deposits on the midriff region. Exercise just tones up and shapes the form of the abs.
43-year-old Kelly’s workouts last one and a half hours. She engages in the sweat sessions five times a week. Kelly is quite focused and concentrates like an eye on the observation end of a microscope whenever she exercises.
"She works out four to five days per week for 90 minutes per session. Her work ethic is more insane than anyone I’ve ever met!" Kelly Ripa's trainer Anna Kaiser told a magazine recently.
"It’s really every trainer’s dream for their client to want it as badly as you want it for them, and she really puts in the work. She doesn’t expect instant results yet still is so focused, committed, and intense about her fitness."
No doubt, her intensely hard work has paid off in the shape of a body that is the envy of many a woman and the desire of many a man.
"I wanted to give her a comprehensive program that gave her everything she needed... but all in one place. She’s much too busy to be running around doing a yoga class at one place and a barre or a spin class in the other," Kaiser said.
"So for her, it was mostly about combining all that and getting more cardio into her life, leaning herself out a little, and there were also certain parts of her body that were either overdeveloped or deconditioned."
In a world, where almost all the people are getting obese with every passing second, due to a sedentary lifestyle and poor nutrition, Kelly is a shining example of just the opposite. She is fit as a fiddle and has a body beautiful that is proof of the backbreaking struggle that went into its making.
