Harry Styles 'follows Clint Eastwood's advice by using exhausting military-style fitness regime'
Looks like Clint Eastwood is taken very seriously for his word on fitness regimes and the latest one to follow his lead is One Direction’s Harry Styles who has joined training in exhausting self-defense techniques which are recommended by the Hollywood legend himself. So apparently Eastwood advices people to join the Krav Maga and that’s exactly what Styles has done.
Krav Maga was initially developed by the army of Israel and consists of wrestling, boxing and martial arts. According to sources, the 80 year old Clint Eastwood has advised the 20 year old One Direction member to stay in shape. According to Daily Star, this came up as the duo was talking about Styles’ future career in Hollywood. Harry is not the only one to be using the Israeli developed technique; this was also adopted by Harry's 1D bandmates Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson.
Looks like Harry has got himself a lot of inspiration for physical fitness as he was lately seen hanging out with a lady friend who happened to be the American singing sensation Meghan Trainor. The two developed a strong friendship after they met in the US as Haz and his band have been embarking on their Where We Are tour.
