"The rapper was whisked to Melbourne’s Epworth Hospital in Richmond suffering a migraine. He was given an emergency MRI just after 2pm on Wednesday," according to Woman's Day.
"The 37-year-old had one side of his face covered as he was rushed through the back entrance, surrounded by high security."
In Epworth Hospital, it was diagnosed that Kanye was suffering a highly stressful and painful migraine. After the MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) he was whisked off to a special room where he is currently recuperating from his busy schedule.
The hospital put things on high alert in order to treat the famous rapper who is currently in Aussie Land for his Yeezus Tour.
One of the females present on the occasion with her daughter described the shock she received upon recognizing the man on the stretcher as none other than Kanye…THE KANYE WEST!!!
“My daughter was having an MRI. Shortly after it began, security burst in and cleared the area,” Loraine Terry told Woman’s Day.
It was quite a surprise and furthermore her daughter who was also undergoing an MRI was left unattended while all the attention was given to Kanye.
“Everyone was moved out of the waiting and consulting rooms. We were the only ones left apart from doctors and nurses - we couldn't leave as the MRI wasn’t finished,” said Terry.
“Next thing we knew, Kanye was stretchered in surrounded by security. He had one side of his face covered with something white. We both knew it was him because we had seen his photo in the paper everyday and we were shocked because it looked so serious.”
“Everyone was massively panicked,” she adds. “And they were very nervous about making sure the area was completely clear.
“At one stage, one of his security men saw my daughter, who was lying on the MRI machine, turn her head and he insisted she had to go. We weren't even properly finished.”
BTW, Kim was not by Kanye’s side when all this happened. And she is in the country too. Later on Kanye was released after his condition improved enough for him to perform naturally and normally.
"Yesterday afternoon we had 50 people in our emergency department. All were treated with respect and according to the severity of their symptoms," Epworth Hospital spokeswoman Colleen Coghlan said, adding "We do not discuss or talk publicly about our patients without their approval."
The reps for the rap artist had nothing to say about this lapse in the tour which he was on. But supposedly he will be carrying on as if nothing in particular happened. For now at least, he is fit as a fiddle.
According to the sources that are in the know, he had just suffered a simple migraine and the hospitalization was merely undertaken to be on the safe side.

"Kanye went on stage last night in Melbourne as scheduled. The tour continues at Sydney's Qantas Credit Union Arena tomorrow and Saturday, before concluding in Brisbane on Monday night," a Live Nation spokeswoman said.
Kanye has continued performing for wild crowds in his Yeezus Tour and currently he is residing in a luxury hotel with Kim and his year old daughter North West.
A source close to Yeezy tells E! News that Kanye West is "fine and didn't have a major health scare or seizure. He just suffered a migraine and went to the hospital simply as a precaution."
And after the show, Kim has also posted above pic of herself and Kanye with caption: "Me and my bae #SaintLaurantSkirt #KardashianKollectionBodysuit #BalmainBlazer #AlexanderMcQueenBag #HermesHeels"

This small hitch in health status may even have scared the hell out of Kanye not to mention his wife and daughter, but he sure has put up a brave front and is currently singing and dancing to the crowds in the Land Down Under.
