Samsung does not have to poke fun at the iPhone 6 to make them look good. Samsung managed to bring with the Galaxy Note 4 the best smartphone screen ever available.

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has impressive screen specification. The numbers are much higher than what Apple is offering in the iPhone 6 Plus. The iPhone 6 Plus screen measures 5.5-inch and has a 1,920x1,080px resolution. It is a retina display with 401ppi. The screen has a higher density than the iPhone 6. While this sounds impressive, there comes the Galaxy Note 4. The 5.7-inch OLED screen has a resolution of 2,560x1,440px that results in a pixel density of 518ppi. Now big numbers not always mean better quality. The display experts at DisplayMate though come to the conclusion that the Galaxy Note 4 has the best performing smartphone display that the have ever tested.

Samsung matches or breaks new records in Smartphone display performance for: Highest Absolute Color Accuracy, Highest Screen Resolution, Infinite Contrast Ratio, Highest Peak Brightness, Highest Contrast Rating in Ambient Light, and the smallest Brightness Variation with Viewing Angle. Samsung, skip the Apple attack ads. They are not necessary and do not help. The iPhone 6 Plus does not have the best screen, but it still sells like crazy because of complete iPhone eco-system and Apple feel.
