After performing with OutKast in Atlanta over the weekend, Janelle Monae arrived in Louisville for the IdealFestival.

Janelle Monae has arrived in Louisville on Monday to kick off the IdealFestival. But before the start of the event, Janelle went to attend the Academy of Music Production Education and Development (AMPED) program.

The 28-year-old Grammy-nominated singer met with the young students of the music academy and talked with them for some time. And she also saw the performances of the young artists.

Before reaching Louisville, Janelle Monae was in Atlanta. She spent her weekend in Atlanta to perform in OutKast's special event. Actually OutKast hosted a special weekend event of three days in their hometown entitled #ATLast to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of their performances.

This event was held at Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta. And OutKast had invited other singers too to perform in the special event. These singers include: Janelle Monae, 2 Chainz, Future, Childish Gambino, Kid Cudi, Raury, B.o.B., Killer Mike, Bun B and 8 Ball as well as MJG.

The event started on Friday night, 26th September and ended on Sunday night, 28th September. And the opening acts were performed by many leading artists in the music industry.

Janelle Monae, 2 Chainz, Future and Bun B performed on Friday's opening night. They performed for 2 hours for the Outkast event. The performances of these singers included their classics, hits and latest releases too. And some special guests were also present at the opening night. These special guests included: Usher, Jermaine Dupri and L.A. Reid.
