Victoria and David Beckham were in Scotland to launch his new whisky line. Gordon Ramsay tagged along, too.
Victoria Beckham's gave husband David a rare public kiss on the cheek, showing how proud she was of the retired soccer player, even as he looked at the camera skeptically. Us Weekly notes the couple were in Edinburgh, Scotland, celebrating his brand of Haig Club whisky, alongside friends Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana.

Goofy and relaxed, Posh also posed in pictures with friends Tana and Rose as well. Everyone seemed happy and enjoying the moment. Victoria tweeted throughout the evening, offering support and love for her husband's latest business venture.
And Michelin star chef Tom Kitchin created the delicious meal. He tweeted a picture captioned: "Plating up for @GordonRamsay #DavidBeckham @victoriabeckham @HaigClub #nopresure." If a little nervous, that's understandable.
Scotland Now reports that Ramsay's earned no less than 15 Michelin stars and extremely close with the guests of honor. Definitely a little bit of pressure there. But the setting seemed to work on the entire guest list, who enjoyed the lobster and strange blue item that matched the color of the Scottish flag.
David posted an image on Facebook showing the two cuddled up with a smile on his face and a coy subtle on hers as she looked into the camera. And he captioned the picture: “My beautiful wife Victoria joined me tonight in Scotland for my celebratory dinner with Haig Club. We had such a great night.”
He also uploaded an image with Ramsay and Kitchin, laughing and enjoying the moment. And he previewed of what’s to come with an image from an advertisement on Oct 5. David seems to really enjoy the Scottish experience.
As for why Beckham join upped Diageo to create the Haig Club Single Grain Scotch Whisky? Earlier this year, he said "The House of Haig has a rich history and I’m proud to be working at the heart of a home-grown brand which has built an incredible heritage over 400 years."
And he wants a longer term connection with the Diageo brand. "Working closely with Diageo, we look forward to collaborating on Haig Club, valuing and treasuring the Haig traditions while reinventing this whisky for years to come."
Diageo’s Global Head of Premium Core Spirits, David Gates, admitted "whisky is experiencing a continued global renaissance" that will hopefully launch more brands through the expertise of "the House of Haig in liquid development and craftsmanship, creating a sophisticated new whisky in Haig Club.”
And Diageo picked to work with David and co-partner Simon Fuller in the venture because the men are "renowned for breaking boundaries and shaking up markets in every sector in which they work."
Whatever the end result, the Beckhams seemed to enjoy the time together at the launch.
