Famous TV and radio commentator Sean Hannity used the old fashioned workout routine to look like a hunk.
The famous commentator of radio and TV, Sean Hannity, recently underwent a substantial amount of fat loss and looked dashing and presentable. The 52 years old TV commentator shared the secret of reaching a high level of fitness through the old methods of dieting and exercise.

Sean Hannity incorporated the most reliable method of losing weight by cutting down sugar, carbohydrates and all the fatty foods. Along with that he mixed the dieting with an essence of martial arts by training with his martial arts trainer Glenn Rubin.
When he was asked the reason for shaping up his body, he replied that he saw a picture of his own self in 2012 in which he looked as if he was pregnant. He said that he looked hideous and decided to shape up so that he could look fit.
He implied that he started cutting down on carbs and lost 5 to 6 lbs. in the merely a week. Sean Hannity continued this routine and his weight went from 207 to 180. He added that now he was able to eat anything he wanted.
He shared the fact that he did different types of exercise to remain in perfect shape. Sean did Filipino martial arts, grappling, kickboxing and Japanese jujitsu to stay fit. He reported that he practiced all the exercises with his martial art instructor who encourages the best in him.
He also mentioned that he received threats in the past so he had carried a firearm almost all of his life. He believed that the threats were made by many of the people he confronted on TV. He thought that martial arts might be something that can come handy in times of difficulty.
He also emphasized that kids should be given great chances for physical education so that they can stay fit. He also believed that eating healthy is a key to a healthy lifestyle.
