Sony is going to be presenting a limited series based on Wharton Novels and Scarlett Johansson is going to be working in it.
Scarlett Johansson is turning her attention towards TV series and she is willing to work in a limited series. She was previously seen working in movies such “Avengers” and “Lucy”.
But now Scarlett Johansson is willing to work in the limited series by Sony Pictures TV. The series is based in the Edith Wharton novel The Custom of the Country and this novel was written in 1913.
It is said that this series is going to be the next big thing from Charles Finch’s Pink Sands. Chris Hampton will be writing from his original screenplay. In the book Custom of the Country, there is a Midwestern girl Undine Spragg.
This character is going to be played by Scarlett Johansson. We will see Undine trying to rise in the New York City society. Edith Wharton novels have been brought to screen before.
Her novel Age of Innocence was brought to the screen in 1993. Michelle Pfeiffer starred in the 1993 novel. Edith’s other novels The Reef and The House of Mirth have also been brought to screens in 1999 and 2000.
Hampton and Finch are also executive producers with Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett will be making the new Avengers movie known as the “Avengers: Age of Ultron”.
Scarlett Johansson recently had a baby Rose Dorothy and she along with Romain Dauriac stepped for the first time out in New York after becoming parents. Scarlett was pictured wearing a Nike Dri-FIT and she was also wearing an Avengers hat.
She was also wearing New Balance kicks and Champion yoga pants. It is really weird how trimmed Scarlett Johansson looks as she just had a baby. Johansson was later pictured wearing her gold ring as she was kissing her fiancé.
She was also wearing casual jeans and a Mike Tyson t-shirt. It has been two years since the couple has been dating.They were first introduced by their mutual friend Fuzi Uvtpk.
