So we now know this that Jennifer is horrified about singing. May be she’s seen too many great singers in her time that she felt that she didn’t had it in her to sing in a big movie. But in the end the director somehow convinced the Oscar winning star and made her sing “The Hanging Tree”. The song was written by the Lumineers and the director made sure that her star actress sounded good in the track.

Jennifer Lawrence once claimed that she didn’t like to sing and that she sounded like a tone deaf Amy Winehouse. The director even went on to hire a singing coach for Jennifer but he claims that Jennifer didn’t take a lot of help from the coach.

The director said that when Jennifer decided that she didn’t wanted to do the coaching; he thought that they would require doing a big of pitch shifting. But at the end the director says that she sounded great. Now her track has made it to the internet and people can go on and search for the track.

He said that Jennifer wasn’t pleased because of his request. The track was composed by James Newton Howard and it was arranged by the popular The Lumineers. When you hear the three minute folk song, you would see that her voice eventually gets drowned out louder strings and a large choir.
