Mattel's American Girl is according to Google the hottest Holiday toy trend of 2014.

The first Black Friday 2014 sales are live and the first advertised Black Friday 2014 deals are on sale. If you look at the offered Holiday Toy deals in Black Friday ads and Holiday Toy catalog you would think Frozen toys are on top of consumers minds. According to data released by Google Frozen is not even in the top 10 trending toys according to search queries in November.

The Top Holiday Toy trend according to Google is American Girl. American Girl is a toy brand for girls owned by Mattel. Since 1986 American Girl focused on girls ages 3 to 12 with age-appropriate, dolls and accessories, books, clothes, movies. Best-selling lines include My American Girl, Girl of the Year, Bitty Baby, and its classic historical characters.

I just checked and there is no single American Girl Black Friday 2014 deal advertised. Are retailers totally missing what consumers want?

The American Girl stores will have Black Friday 2014 sale. The deals have not been announced yet.

The other 2014 Holiday Toy trends according to Google include My Little Pony and Paw Control. See the complete Top 10 Holiday Toy trends below. For most other trending toys there are Black Friday 2014 deals advertised.
