Apparently her costar Giuliana Rancic made some racially charged comments about Zendaya’s dreadlocks. She said that they smelled of weed and patchoulli. This led to many fans of Zendaya speaking out against both Kelly and Giuliana on the social pages of the Internet.
Kelly made her position clear many times saying that she was not the one who had made the racist comments. But the dissing hate speech continued to pour in.
