The 21 years old Canadian singer made an agreement with the photographer for getting out of the trouble
Justin Bieber has settled a lawsuit, which was filed by a photographer in Florida, according to Reuters. The attorney of the photographer confirmed the news, claiming a settlement has been reached between Bieber and his client Jeffery Binion. The attorney declined to provide any further information regarding the terms of the settlement and stated that the agreement is confidential and its terms are not permitted to be revealed publicaly.
The photographer Jeffrey Binion filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber in 2013 over an alleged assault incident which took place outside a recording studio in South Florida. The photographer claimed that the bodyguards of Justin Bieber attacked him violently while he was taking the pictures of the star and also took the memory card of the camera. Additionally, he accused the singer’s bodyguards for threatening him with a gun and throwing him against the wall.
The 21-years old Canadian singer has faced several run-ins with celebrity photographers in a very short time span and it seems never-ending.
Another Florida based photographer sued Justin Bieber over a similar kind of incident. According to the photographer named Manuel Munoz he was beaten by Bieber’s bodyguards after taking the pictures of the singer outside South Beach nightclub in January 2014. The photographer Munoz alleged Bieber for ordering his bodyguards to grab and break his camera. He further added that he was chased down in a busy tourist street, locked inside a shop, beaten up and his camera was also snatched. The photographer is reportedly seeking a financial settlement of the damages.
