Lohan will probably have to work 7 hours a day for the whole 7 days of a week to finish her remaining hours and if she fails to do so before the deadline she may land behind bars once again.
The judge has made it clear Lohan will be going to jail if she fails this time as her probation will be thrown away and the case will be closed with a sentencing, according to TMZ. Previously the judge had not accepted Lohan’s claim to accept her work on a theatre production as part of the community service.
Sources claim Lohan is ready to help the children at the DayCare and will be helping the kids make arts and crafts and other activities which involve interaction with the kids. In addition Lohan will also have administrative duties at the Brooklyn Daycare Center. Lohan had previously worked at the Brooklyn Daycare Center and the official there are happy to have her back.

LiLo is also set to appear and testify at the trial of her alleged stalker Daniel Voderwulbecke later this month. The stalker had bombarded Lohan with messages previously and had ultimately called her an ‘evil devil’ and had told her he will get her wherever she is. Lohan will be testifying against the stalker but will not have to face him during her 40 min appearance in the courthouse.
