Heidi Klum Leaves Germany's Next Topmodel Finale After Bomb Threat

The finale of 'Germany's Next Top Model' is cancelled as Heidi Klum evacuates arena following bomb threat!

The finale of the show 'Germany's Next Top Model' was being hosted live in front of ten thousand people in the SAP Arena in Mannheim. The event was taking place on Thursday evening but was abruptly cancelled due to an anonymous bomb threat. About 45 minutes into the show a threat was received at approximately 9pm and the arena was evacuated as a result. 

Supermodel and judge on 'Germany's Next Top Model' was amongst the judges evacuated from the arena. Klum’s daughter Leni was also accompanying her on the show and was taken to a secure undisclosed location along with her mother and the other judges outside of the venue.

The crowd were also moved away from the arena at a safe distance.  After the evacuation Police brought in their special team to sweep the entire arena with sniffer dogs and even discovered an unattended suitcase but it did not contain any explosives. 

The show 'Germany's Next Top Model' went to commercial and did not air again as the bomb threat was received, but ProSieben the German broadcaster announced on its Twitter they will not be able to broadcast the show today.

Heidi Klum on the other hand first took to Facebook to share her disappointment and stated she is sorry to all the girls and the fans and they had a great show prepared. Klum then revealed she is already looking forward to when the finale will be resumed and is excited to find Germany's Next Top Model for 2015.

Klum then posted a picture on her Instagram will all the contestants and wrote a caption in German which stated she loves the fans and the show is not over but safety first. Klum then promised the 2015 season of 'Germany's Next Top Model' will come to an end.
