A large iPad aimed at enterprise users has been rumored for quite some time now. The new iOS 9 in hands of developers is now spitting out details about the big iPad.
The iPad Pro with a huge 12.9-inch screen was one of the things expected to be already revealed at the WWDC 2015 earlier this month. It did not happen, but Apple indirectly has confirmed the existence of the iPad Pro in the developer release of iOS 9.

First the new virtual keyboard in iOS 9 is able to adjust to different screen resolutions. There will be an extra row for the symbols above the number keys.
This new iPad keyboard is great for professional users including coders, giving easier access to special characters. This new iPad Pro keyboard could be already a purchase decision maker to go for the Pro instead of the Air.
The iOS 9 developer release has another secret to reveal about the iPad Pro. Developers according to 9to5Mac found that the iPad Pro likely has a resolution of 2,732×2,048px. This results in 263 pixels-per-inch on the 12.9-inch screen.

We expect that Apple will unveil the iPad Pro in a fall event. The release will be timed with the release of iOS 9.
