Miley Cyrus attended the amfAR gala and helped raise as much as $69,000 from her artworks of Caitlyn Jenner which sold like hotcakes. She was the chief guest at the event alongside Andy Cohen. The venue was Manhattan.

She gave a rousing speech on the occasion and also lent three of her paintings of Caitlyn Jenner. Jenner had appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine in his/her new transsexual self all dressed up as a sexy woman.
Cyrus had gone ahead and painted and decorated the image on the front cover of Vanity Fair magazine with multicolored florescent paints and glitter. She made three sample copies, all of them different in composition.
Cyrus auctioned off the three covers she had made. The three artworks sold for oodles of cash. This cash went towards AIDS relief and educating people about the deadly virus. Cyrus has started a Happy Hippie Foundation that caters to the LGBTQ community.
She dedicated the artworks to the members of the club that included people with a different sexual orientation than the run of the mill heterosexual mainstream herd.
Miley delivered very inspiring words regarding the moment when she received the Inspiration Award. She said that she was very surprised and shocked upon being showered with the accolade since she never expected it.
