Starting from the beginning of September, the show will start airing on television much to the wonderment and wide-mouthed pleasure of the crowds of style-conscious people in the world.
The three will face two new celebrities each week who will include in their purview such diverse characters as actors, comedians and designers. This will most likely keep things lively and interesting.
As the iconic and straightforward Joan Rivers’ daughter, Melissa remained in the background working away at the basics of the show. But now she will get to be at the forefront and face the camera to boot. The new episodes of the show will be fun-filled and truly make for phenomenal viewing.
"As an executive producer since the beginning, Melissa helped shape Fashion Police into an iconic TV series that couples fashion with comedy," said Jeff Olde, Executive Vice President, Programming and Development for E! on Wednesday.
"We are pleased to now also feature Melissa in front of the 'Fashion Police' cameras, as she joins returning panelists Giuliana and Brad. And with the added flavor of rotating panelists, the show will deliver fresh, different and unpredictable fashion reviews with each new episode."
Melissa Rivers is all chirpy and happy as a hippo in mud to be joining her very own family program. After her mother’s death a few months ago, nothing could be more suitable than bringing Melissa on board the platform that is Fashion Police. It is just the thing that Joan would have wanted for her daughter.
After Kelly Osbourne left along with Kathy Griffin, there was a power vacuum on Fashion Police. But thankfully that void has been avoided now that Melissa is coming to conquer the airwaves.
