Tom Hardy is all set to play a double role in the upcoming crime drama film ‘Legends’. The film ‘Legends’ is based upon the real life story of London mafia brothers Reggie and Ronnie Kray. Tom Hardy will portray both the identical twin brothers, based on the book by author John Pearson entitled ‘The Profession of Violence: The Rise and Fall of the Kray Twins’.
The trailer for the film ‘Legends’ was recently released and it will be directed by the Academy Award winner director Brian Helgeland, who will be returning to direct a crime drama after the 1997 film ‘L.A. Confidential’, for which he won an Oscar.
The film will show the rise of the Kray brothers in the London mafia during the 1950’s and 1960’s. The brutality of the Kray brothers whilst becoming mob kings will be chronicled in ‘Legends’ and the trailer shows dynamic between the brothers Ronnie and Reggie.

One of the most noteworthy scenes in the films is when the brothers slap each other relentlessly in front of other people. In another scene the loyalty of the brothers is tested when a mob king tells Reggie to take care of Ronnie, to which Reggie refuses saying ‘He’s my Brother’.
