Calvin Harris has confessed he sometimes gets tricked in to watching the same episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' over and over again for up to "four hours".

The 31-year-old DJ - who comes from Dumfries in Scotland - has revealed moving to the US has got him hooked on reality TV.

He said: "In America they do this thing which is really interesting. They show it ['Keeping Up With the Kardashians'] and then they immediately start showing the same episode again, on the hour, and there'll be no advert break or anything, it'll just start again.

"So you can sit there for two hours watching the same episode and not be quite sure, because obviously you're on your phone or whatever and you're eating and chatting, you're not sure if you've watched it before. So you can sit there for two, three, four hours, having just watched one episode. It's interesting."

The 'Blame' hitmaker - who is dating 'Shake It Off' singer Taylor Swift - admitted he doesn't mind watching the E! show when he's eating meals but feels guilty if he dedicates an entire day to it.

Speaking on 'The Radio 1 Breakfast Show with Nick Grimshaw' on BBC Radio 1, Calvin explained: "When I watch TV it's when I'm eating so I feel OK about that. I'll watch 'Kardashians' when I'm eating my dinner, but as far as the rest of the day goes, I try and structure it. If you're in charge of your own day it can really fall by the wayside and you can waste it quite easily so I try to keep a bit of structure. Go gym, come back, do studio, that sort of thing."
