Galaxy Note 5 and S6 edge Plus are heading to Verizon soon

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ are expected to release on Samsung’s unpacked event.

The event will take place on 13th August. A new leak is now confirming the official names of the rumored phones too.

It is also confirmed now that the phones will be sold by Verizon. The leak reveals much more. Not long ago, we heard that a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 was coming soon to Verizon - this makes perfect sense, as the original Droid Turbo is almost 1 year old.

Now, the Droid Turbo 2 was also spotted on the list of upcoming Verizon smartphones that would be sold at some point via Costco.

With regard to specifications, nothing has been spilled this time. And if we consider Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+, we already know much about them, so there is nothing new now.

Costco will release Verizon's adaptation of the Note 5 in black and white with 32GB of internal memory.

The S6 edge+ will likewise be supplied in its 64GB memory, in the same color renditions. Obviously there could be more shades and memory variants to come, or maybe the retailer will just offer a subset of what will be accessible from the very first moment.

It is hazy when any of these handsets will really be in stores, but from this point on it's probably just a matter of weeks. Verizon will certainly release plenty of other interesting smartphones too before the end of the year.

But the Motorola Droid Turbo 2, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus are likely going to be among the carrier's best offerings
