The LG Nexus 5 is supposed to have a metal body measuring 146.9x72.9x8/9.8mm. According to the leak it features a 5.2" screen. Other features of the LG made Nexus 5 would include front facing speakers, fingerprint sensor on the back and a USB Type-C port.
Last week Hammerstoffer posted an image of what could be the LG Nexus 5 (2015) rear shell. The leaked image shows a finger print scanner on the back under the camera.
The Huawei Nexus 6 will also have a metal body, measuring 159.4x78.3x6.6/8.5mm. The screen in the new Nexus 6 is likely 5.7" in size. Other leaked features include front facing speakers, fingerprint sensor on the back and a USB Type-C.
Hammerstoffer has an excellent track record for mobile device leaks. There are no further details yet. Evan Blass has leaked some Huawei Nexus 6 specifications in July that match these new leakes. The @evleaks Tweet said: "5.7" QHD w/ metal body, SD820 SoC, fingerprint reader. Ships Q4."
It is not known when Google will announced the new Nexus phones. There will be some time that has to pass after the Google founders made the huge Alphabet announcement. Dust needs to settle first to get back to business as usual for Google.
