L.A. District Attorney to consider charges against Caitlyn Jenner for manslaughter in a vehicular accident which occurred in February.

He was the ex-husband of Kris Jenner. And also step father to the Kardashian sister and father to Jenner siblings. He was tackling his issues with becoming a woman.
Back in February, he also got in an accident. It was a tragic accident on the freeway. The over hundred pages report declares that Jenner got too close to a Lexus while driving in her Cadillac Escalade.
At one point the distance got too close and ended up hitting the Lexus. The Lexus spun out of control into the path of an oncoming Hummer. Kim Howe, the driver of the Lexus died in the tragic accident.
According to reports, Caitlyn Jenner was not driving above the speed limit. She was also not texting or using her cell phone. She did not drive on after hitting the car. She actually remained at the site and was an onlooker of the rescue led by the police.
The police have made the report. They turned it in on Tuesday, Aug 25, to the D.A. prosecutors. They must now determine whether or not to charge Jenner, 65, with manslaughter. D.A. should make a decision within a week, according to TMZ.
If the charges are proven against the reality star, she might be facing almost a year behind bars. The DA is itself under a lot of scrutiny for letting one of its deputy’s get away with an accidental murder.
The deputy was typing on his laptop when he hit another person who died. Bringing up charger against Jenner even when she was not careless would be a rash decision at the part of the DA.
Caitlyn Jenner in her own regard has apologized to the Howe family. She said that she sympathized with all the people involved in the accident. She said she was praying for all the people that had lost their loved ones.

She was not going to forget the tragedy that the accident had been. Caitlyn Jenner also said that she would fully cooperate with the authorities in the investigation.
