iPhone 6S Commercial is Remarkably Funny

Apple released the first TV commercial for the new iPhone 6S and it is the most shared content from the September 9 event.

Apple unveiled the new iPhone 6S yesterday in San Francisco. While industry insiders point to the Apple TV and iPad Pro as highlights, the iPhone 6S is commanding the most interest on social media and Youtube.

The first iPhone 6S commercial has the most social shares and only go beaten by a five reports about the Apple announcement from Asian and South American news sites. We are analyzing Apple reports since a while on BuzzSumo and it is incredible how much more shares reports about Apple get in Asia than in the United States.

US based sites like 9to5Mac and MacRumors are the source for most Apple related news, but the news and rumors about Apple are much more popular in Asia.

The iPhone 6S ad titled "The Only Thing That’s Changed Is…" is surprisingly funny. Apple picks up on the general notion that the iPhone 6S has not changed. The fast paced commercial has a smart and funny narration. It also has star power with Selena Gomez and Bill Hader.

While the iPhone 6S commercial got the most social shares, the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus reveal video has the most views on Youtube. It almost broke the 1 million mark within 11 hours.

The video is opening with the beautiful animated home screens and introduces the new rose color.

The 3rd iPhone 6S video narrated by Jonathan Ivy has also got a lot of interest. Compared to the iPhone 6S commercial the video is a bore, but explains impressively how 3D touch works on a technical level.

The iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will available for pre-order starting 12:01 a.m. PDT Saturday, September 12.
