Captain Kirk aka William Shatner will be attending the first ever Silicon Valley Comic-Con. No other than Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is the organizer of the Silicon Valley Comic Con.
Silicon Valley will see its first Comic-Con in Spring of 2016. Apple's legendary co-founder Steve Wozniak is the force behind the Silicon Valley Comic-Con. This week William Shatner has been confirmed to appear at the SVCC to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek.

"It’s only logical to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Star Trek alongside technology that was just science fiction when Star Trek first began to broadcast," said William Shatner. "I’m looking forward to participating in the inaugural Silicon Valley Comic Con."
William Shatner is still out there at the age of 84 doing his thing. Apparently he just watched the season premiere of ScreamQueens. He posted several tweets about the show to his 2.25 million followers.
Steve Wozniak will unveil more SVCC 2016 celebrity guests on October 15. The convention will add guests right up to the opening.
The hype for the first Silicon Valley Comic Con is already intense. The convention has been expanded with a Friday night opening because of the demand. This is the place to be as a geek in Silicon Valley.
The SSVC 2016 will take place at the San Jose Convention Center on March 18-20, 2016. The tickets for the Silicon Valley Comic Con are on sale now on the SVCC site.
